I am a manager with a strategic mindset and a strong focus on people. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to leveraging and aligning software capabilities within the construction industry, particularly in custom software development to support civil engineering work. Continuous learning and professional growth are paramount to me, and I'm constantly seeking new and innovative challenges in software development.

My Journey

Head of Product In 2020, I took the initiative to establish and lead a software development team within a general design office. Over time, I successfully stabilized the team and assumed responsibility for strategizing and managing day-to-day operations. My focus was on developing internal processes for a streamlined and transparent workflow, all while directing the development of software solutions for building design, construction, and operation.

BIM Manager and Architect As a BIM Manager and architect, I managed model-based interdisciplinary communication to ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders. I developed internal rules and guidelines for BIM processes, enhancing efficiency and collaboration. Additionally, I coordinated architects and construction planning teams to ensure project success. I also participated in various research and development projects and contributed to the development of national BIM guidelines.

Lecturer In my role as a lecturer, I delivered lectures and provided guidance to students. I also served as a consultant for TDK and graduate students, offering mentorship and support to help them excel in their academic endeavors.
