File sharing whit specific functions for the AEC industry.
Role
As the lead from the inception of this extensive project, I was responsible for building the team, defining necessary roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding. I also led the development of internal processes and the product itself.

The project is a complex web application with two main modules: the Issue Manager and the File Sharing. A detailed permission system is included in the system, which allows more than 40 file formats to be shared and managed responsibly by users. Additionally, the system features a notification system that informs users of important events via email, as well as document management and issue management features.
